PARTNERSHIP

We offer a single point of access to connect the businesses we serve to the programs and incentives offered by municipal, county, and state governments.
We facilitate the development process in a way that ensures these businesses have the necessary tools to successfully enhance their operations. Lake Development Authority functions as the economic development arm of the Lake County Commissioners’ office. Working closely with our municipal partners, we tailor our approach to the specific needs of each municipality by using our extensive network and capabilities to offer a single point of access. We put resources into the hands of our partners and ensure their success in attracting and retaining quality businesses.
